At Aizal, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We carefully inspect every order before it is shipped to ensure you receive your products in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our Customer Support Team is here to assist you.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting a request for a return, refund, or exchange. This policy explains the conditions, eligibility requirements, return process, refund timelines, and other important information regarding your Aizal purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only when the product was damaged during transit, defective upon delivery, or incorrectly delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused and unopened and must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and other packaging materials intact. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including opened or used products, items missing their original packaging or labels, products purchased during clearance or promotional campaigns unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, as well as gift cards, promotional products, and complimentary items.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact the Aizal Customer Support Team within 48 hours of receiving your order at aizal.pkofficial@gmail.com. Your request should include your order number, full name, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product where applicable.

After reviewing your request, our team will confirm whether the return has been approved and provide you with the necessary return instructions. Please do not send any product back without receiving prior approval from our Customer Support Team.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved because we shipped the wrong item, the product arrived damaged, or the product was defective upon delivery, Aizal will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team. Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

Prepaid Orders

For approved refunds on prepaid orders, the payment will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Approved refunds for COD orders may be processed through bank transfer or store credit, where applicable. COD refunds are generally completed within 10–12 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

Aizal offers exchanges only when a product is damaged during shipping, defective upon delivery, or incorrectly delivered. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, an eligible refund will be processed according to this Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

However, when a return is caused by an error on our part—including an incorrectly shipped product, damaged product, or defective product—we will refund the applicable shipping charges or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the Aizal Customer Support Team as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, clear photos of the product and shipping package, and a brief explanation of the issue.
